The Details
The Weatherford opened its doors on New Year's Day, 1900, and Flagstaff still parties there every December 31, when a giant glowing pinecone drops from the hotel at midnight. Zane Grey and William Randolph Hearst both checked in over the years. According to the ghost tours, a few guests never checked out.
This sticker is hand drawn by a local artist, one of eight Flagstaff landmarks in the Keep Flagstaff Freaky collection, and one of the original stops on the Freaky Foot Tours ghost route. Hear the story on the tour, take the hotel home, and collect the whole block if you're feeling ambitious.
The sticker: approximately 4 inches tall, durable weather and water resistant satin vinyl. Sold and shipped by us in Flagstaff.
