Every single order ships free within the US. One $5 sticker or ten hoodies — the shipping cost is zero either way. This is not a limited-time offer, and it's not a “spend $50 and we'll cover it” situation. Free shipping is a brand commitment. It's literally on the marquee.
Shipping outside the US? Ask us first. Email support@weirdandwildwest.com with what you want and where it's headed, and we'll sort out the details with you before you order.
Printed to Order, Just for You
Every Weird & Wild West product is printed and assembled after you place your order. There is no warehouse full of pre-printed shirts sitting around. Your tee, hoodie, mug, or sticker is made specifically for you by our print partner, Printful.
- You order.Somewhere, a printer wakes up. Your piece goes into production immediately — no pile, no queue of deadstock.
- It ships in 2–5 business days.That's printing, pressing, and packing. Then it's in transit to you, which depends on where you live.
- You get a tracking email.The moment it ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number lands in your inbox. If it's MIA, check spam — it happens.
We know that's not Amazon Prime speed.
But your order is made just for you, by real people, with real art on it. Zero waste, zero deadstock. We think that's worth a few days.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every product is made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. We get it — everyone's ordered a thing at 1 AM they felt differently about at 9 AM. But there's no warehouse to send it back to; we printed it just for you. (If you're on the fence about sizing, the size guides are your friend. When in doubt, size up.)
If we messed it up, that's a different story. Damaged in transit, defective print, wrong item in the box — we'll make it right, no arguing.
Something arrive wrong?
Email us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you — your call. You don't even have to ship the wrong one back.
