The Details
In 1904, two lumber baron brothers who married two sisters built one house: a 13,000 square foot Arts and Crafts duplex with a shared room in the middle, so neither family ever had to cross the yard to visit. Their architect also designed El Tovar at the Grand Canyon. The Riordans got the cozier masterpiece.
Hand drawn by a local artist for the Keep Flagstaff Freaky collection: eight Flagstaff landmarks, each with more stories than square footage, and this one has 13,000 square feet. Start with the mansion, then work your way downtown until you've collected the whole block.
The sticker: about 4 inches tall, durable weather and water resistant satin vinyl. Sold and shipped by us in Flagstaff.
