Answers to the things people actually ask us. About shipping, sizing, the art, the dog, and everything in between.

Free means free

Orders & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Zero. Free shipping on every single order, always. (Shipping outside the US? Ask us first.) This is not a promo, not a limited-time thing, not a “spend $50 and we'll cover it” situation. Free shipping is a brand commitment. We mean it.

How long does shipping take?

Every product is made to order through Printful, which means your order is printed and shipped after you place it. Typical production time is 2 to 5 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location. We know that's not Amazon Prime speed, but your order is made just for you, by real people, with real art on it. That's worth the wait.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email from us with a tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder (it happens). If it's still MIA, drop us a line at support@weirdandwildwest.com.

Printing & Quality

What is print on demand?

Print on demand means every product is made after you order it. There's no warehouse full of pre-printed shirts sitting around. Your tee, hoodie, mug, or sticker is printed and assembled by Printful specifically for you. This means no deadstock, no waste, and no two orders sitting in a pile waiting. It also means every piece feels a little more personal, because it literally was made for you.

What sizes do you carry?

Apparel runs from S to 3XL depending on the product. Each product page on the store has a detailed size chart. When in doubt, size up. Desert Disco energy doesn't like being constrained.

Are your products good quality?

Yes. Printful uses premium base products (Bella+Canvas, Gildan Heavy Blend, and similar brands for apparel) and high-quality direct-to-garment and sublimation printing. The stickers are waterproof vinyl with a matte or glossy finish. The mugs are ceramic and dishwasher safe. We test everything and stand behind it.

How do I care for my apparel?

Machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Skip the bleach and the iron (at least on the print). Treat your wearable art the way you'd treat anything you actually care about. It'll last.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes. Our stickers are printed on durable vinyl with a protective laminate. Stick them on water bottles, laptops, car bumpers, guitar cases, coolers, or whatever else needs more desert energy. They hold up.

The honesty policy

Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because every product is made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse (we get it, but we literally printed it just for you). However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, reach out to support@weirdandwildwest.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

The Shop

Who makes the art?

Nearly every piece of artwork in the shop is an original by Brigitte De Marco of Prickle & Pine Designs. The one exception is the Keep Flagstaff Freaky collection, which is hand-drawn by a local artist. Not AI generated. Not pulled from a template marketplace. Not outsourced to a design farm. Real art, by real humans, with a real style you can recognize from across the room. That's the whole point.

What is Desert Disco?

Desert Disco is the flagship collection and the aesthetic heart of the brand. Imagine a Saturday night in the Sonoran Desert if someone brought a disco ball. Saturated sunsets, saguaro silhouettes, bold colors turned up to eleven. It's the feeling of driving through the desert at golden hour with the windows down and the music loud. That's Desert Disco.

What does “Weird & Wild West” mean?

It means Arizona is not one thing. It's ancient and futuristic, spiritual and irreverent, brutally hot and impossibly beautiful. “Weird” is the cosmic cowgirl energy, the vortex believers, the Route 66 nostalgia. “Wild” is the desert itself, the bold art, the unapologetic color. “West” is where we are and where we belong. Put it together and you get a brand that channels all of Arizona's desert mysticism into wearable art.

What makes your products different from other Arizona merch?

Two things. First, every design is original art by Brigitte De Marco. In a market flooded with 10,000+ Etsy listings using purchased SVG templates, that matters. You know exactly who made the art on your shirt. Second, we lean into the weird. We're not clean and sporty, we're not minimal and earthy, and we're not trying to look like a national park gift shop. We're maximalist, saturated, and unapologetically cosmic. That's our lane.

Can I visit you in person?

Yes! Come find us at The Underground at The Temple, 2 E Aspen Ave, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. It's in the basement of a 1917 Masonic Temple building in downtown Flagstaff. You might also find our stickers at Hotel Congress in Tucson and at Plantae (112 E Route 66) in Flagstaff.

What is The Underground at The Temple?

It's our physical retail space in the basement of the 1917 Masonic Temple building at 2 E Aspen Ave in downtown Flagstaff. Part store, part creative den, part vibe check. The walls are covered in Brigitte's art, the shelves are stocked with merch, and our mascot Shimmer (a corgi) may or may not be napping nearby.

What is Freaky Foot Tours?

Freaky Foot Tours is a walking tour company that's part of the Weird & Wild West ecosystem. They lead tours through Flagstaff and sell W&WW stickers along the route. If you're visiting Flagstaff, it's a great way to explore the town and grab some desert art at the same time.
