Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. No lawyer-speak, no gotchas. Effective July 12, 2026.
What This Page Says
We collect the minimum we need to print your order, ship it, and answer your emails. We don't run analytics, we don't use ad trackers, and we never sell your personal data. The companies that help us serve you: Stripe handles payment, Printful prints and ships, and an email delivery service carries our order emails. That's the whole cast, and each one is detailed below.
Want the details? Keep reading. Want your data handled a certain way? Email support@weirdandwildwest.com and a real person will take care of it.
What We Collect, and Why
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, and what you bought. We store that in our own database so we can fulfill the order, send you tracking, and help if something goes wrong.
Payment: Stripe processes every card payment on this site. Your card details go from your browser straight to Stripe; your card number never touches our servers, and we couldn't peek at it if we wanted to. Wholesale orders check out on Stripe's own hosted checkout page.
Fulfillment: every product is printed and shipped by our print partner, Printful. To make that happen we share your name, shipping address, email address, and the items in your order with them, and only for that purpose.
The contact form: your name, email, and message go to our inbox so we can reply. That's the entire journey.
The newsletter: if you sign up (on the site or at checkout), we store your email address and where you signed up from. Nothing else. To unsubscribe, email support@weirdandwildwest.com and we'll remove you.
Reviews: if you write a review, we store the name you sign it with and what you wrote, linked to your order. A human reads every review before it appears on the site.
Wholesale: applications and accounts include your company name, contact name, email, resale license number, and address. Portal passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never as the password itself.
The Email We Send
Our email is transactional: an order confirmation when you buy, a tracking email when your order ships, a refund notice if we refund you, exactly one invitation to review your order (one per order, ever), and account emails if you're a wholesale buyer. These go out through our email delivery provider, and we keep a log of what we sent so nothing gets lost.
The newsletter is the only optional email, and only if you asked for it.
Cookies & Tracking
We run no analytics, no ad pixels, and no tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, nothing following you around the internet because you looked at a saguaro shirt.
Your cart lives in your own browser. It's saved in your browser's local storage and only reaches us when you actually check out.
We set exactly one cookie (called ww_ws), and only if you sign in to the wholesale portal. It keeps you signed in. That's its whole job.
Two honest footnotes: on the checkout page, Stripe's payment software may set its own cookies to prevent fraud. And our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers, and that request shares your IP address with Google, the same as loading any website asset from their servers.
We Don't Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. There's nothing to opt out of, because the thing you'd be opting out of doesn't happen here.
If you'd like to opt out of anything anyway, or just want to hear us say it directly, email support@weirdandwildwest.com.
Seeing or Deleting Your Data
Want a copy of what we hold about you, or want it deleted? Email support@weirdandwildwest.com from the address you ordered with and we'll take care of it. No forms, no portals, no 30-step verification maze.
One honest caveat: we keep basic order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after a deletion request. Everything else goes.
The whole privacy team is two people and a corgi.
Your email lands with the same humans who print the shirts. Expect a real answer, not a ticket number.
Kids, Law & Changes
Kids: this site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Governing law: we're an Arizona business, and this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes: if we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. We won't quietly move the goalposts.
