Terms of Service
The deal between you and us, in plain English. Short enough to actually read. Effective July 12, 2026.
The Deal
By using weirdandwildwest.com or placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms. They exist so both of us know where we stand, not to trap you in paragraph 47, subsection (c). There is no paragraph 47.

Ordering & Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go from your browser straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Every product is printed to order by our print partner, Printful, after you buy it.
Pricing errors: we're human, and occasionally a price on the site could be plainly wrong because of a typo or technical error. If that happens, we may cancel the affected order before it ships and refund you in full. We'll tell you what happened.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free on every order within the US. Orders are printed in 2 to 5 business days and you get a tracking email when yours ships. Shipping outside the US? Ask us first at support@weirdandwildwest.com.
Because every product is made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. There's no warehouse to send it back to; we printed it just for you.
If we messed it up, that's a different story. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you, your call. The full policy lives on the Shipping & Returns page.
The Artwork
Every design on this site is original, copyrighted artwork. The art is by Brigitte De Marco of Prickle & Pine Designs, except the Keep Flagstaff Freaky collection, which is hand-drawn by a local artist. All of it belongs to Weird & Wild West and its artists.
Buying a product means you own that product. Wear it, gift it, resell your own shirt at a yard sale, no problem. What it doesn't grant is a license to reproduce the artwork: no reprinting it on other products, no using it in your own designs or listings, no scanning the sticker to make more stickers. Want to license a design properly? Get in touch.
Reviews
If you submit a review, you're giving us permission to display it on the site (with the name you signed it with). A human reads every review before it's published, and we don't publish anything unlawful, hateful, or spammy. We never pay for or incentivize reviews, so please keep them honest. We can handle honest.
Wholesale
The wholesale program has its own terms covering pricing, minimums, payment, and tax. If you're a wholesale buyer, those live at Wholesale Program Terms and apply alongside these.
Liability, Law & Changes
Our responsibility, plainly: if something goes wrong with an order, we'll fix it by reprinting or refunding, and our total liability is capped at what you paid for that order. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes: if we update these terms, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. If one part of these terms ever turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
