The whole program in plain English — how to get in, how pricing works, and the boring-but-honest parts about minimums, payment, tax, and shipping.
How the Program Works
Wholesale is for shops, galleries and trading posts that want to stock original desert art instead of the same purchased-template merch as everyone else. It starts with the wholesale application.
- Apply.The application takes about three minutes, and the only paperwork we ask for is your AZ TPT / resale license number.
- We review it.A real human reads every application — there are only two of us, so nothing disappears into a system.
- You get an approval email.Once you're approved, we set up your account pricing and email you an invite to the buyer portal.
- Order at your pricing.Sign in, stock what fits your shelves, and check out at your wholesale pricing. Everything is printed to order.
Approved stockists order in the wholesale portal — your account pricing is already applied there, so what you see is what you pay.
Your Pricing
Each account gets its own wholesale discount, set when you're approved. We don't publish a percentage table on the site because a single chart would be wrong for half the shops reading it — we'd rather go over your pricing with you like a person.
A few items may carry custom pricing rather than the flat account discount. Your approved pricing is what shows in the portal at checkout, so there are no surprises.
Order Minimums
The current program minimums are $200 for an opening order and $100 for reorders. Mix sizes, colors and designs however you like — everything prints to order, so there are no case packs to fight with. These minimums are subject to change.
Payment
Wholesale orders are paid by card at checkout in the portal — the same secure checkout you'd expect from any online order. Your invoice and packing slip come with the shipment.
Sales Tax
If we have your Arizona resale certificate on file, your wholesale pricing is tax-exempt at checkout — that's what your AZ TPT / resale license number on the application is for. Without a valid resale certificate on file, applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
Shipping
Wholesale orders ship within the US for now. Everything is printed to order, so your run goes to press when you order it — nothing ships from a dusty warehouse, because there isn't one.
