When the square opens, when the parade steps off, the four contest categories, the pet ofrenda, vendor booths, and the downtown tours after dark all live on the Freaky Foot Tours Howl-O-Ween page. We share the same phone and the same Saturday. They tell the day. We take the signup and print the shirts.
